"Domestic" means US citizens and permanent residents. Fees are per application unless the note says otherwise. A school's business, law and medical schools often charge a different fee; those rows are listed separately only where checked. Download all rows as CSV.
Most schools charge one fee per program, so three programs at one school can cost three fees. A few schools let one payment cover several programs; the table notes those.
Fee waivers at many schools go only to US citizens and permanent residents. Where a school's page says so, the waiver column states it. Ask about a waiver before paying. Michigan and Boston University, among others, say a fee that has already been paid is not refunded when a waiver comes through later.
After admission, every F-1 student also pays federal fees that no school can waive. See the fixed costs after admission.
Fees change during the admissions cycle. Each row shows the date it was last checked and links to the official page. If a school's page shows a different number, the school's page is right. Send corrections to hello@gradapplicationfees.com.
