How the fees are checked

Every number in the table comes from the school's own website. Each row links to the exact page used and shows the date it was read. If a fee could not be read on an official page, the school is left out; nothing is copied from rankings sites, forums or study-abroad portals.

What counts as the fee

The table lists the standard fee charged by the university's central graduate school or graduate admissions office. Where a school charges international applicants more, both rates are shown. Where a school's page names a different fee for a program, such as an MBA or a data science master's, the note says so. Some rows cover one school or department instead of the whole university; the unit under the school name says which.

Card surcharges and processing fees are mentioned in the notes when the page states them, but are not added to the fee.

Waivers and deposits

The waiver column summarizes what the source page says. "Domestic applicants only" means the page restricts waivers to US citizens and permanent residents. "Not stated on source page" means the page did not say either way, not that waivers are unavailable. Deposits appear only when the university publishes them on a central page; most deposits are set by individual programs.

How it was read

Pages were fetched by a script and the fee text was read by a person. Some university sites block automated reads; those pages were opened in a headless browser or through a standard web fetch, and the method is recorded in the CSV. Schools whose pages could not be read are not listed.

How often it is updated

Schools usually change fees once a year, often between summer and early fall, but some change mid-cycle. Once a week every source page is downloaded again and the fee text is compared with the stored figure. A row whose figure no longer appears on its page is checked by hand, then corrected or removed, and the checked date moves only for pages that were read that week. The current data was checked on 2 Nov 2026.

Corrections

If a number is wrong, email hello@gradapplicationfees.com with the school and a link to the official page. The school's page always wins.
